Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I believe that meaningful change is possible for everyone through self-awareness, personal growth, and an understanding of how our past experiences influence who we are today. By recognizing your strengths and potential, we can work together to create a path toward the life you want and develop practical strategies to help you achieve your goals.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, older adults, Veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Crisis Intervention. Together, we will identify your strengths, address life's challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My hope is that with each session, you move one step closer to the life you envision for yourself, gaining the clarity, confidence, and skills needed to create a future that brings meaning, fulfillment, and lasting satisfaction.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and evidence-based tools as we explore new possibilities, overcome challenges, and work together toward achieving your personal goals. My aim is to provide a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to grow and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your strengths, identify your needs and goals, and develop a plan that reflects what is most important to you.

In future sessions, we will focus on putting that plan into action by developing practical skills, exploring barriers to change, and building on your strengths. Together, we will work toward achieving your goals at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you, while making adjustments along the way as your needs evolve.
