I have experience working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, older adults, Veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Crisis Intervention. Together, we will identify your strengths, address life's challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
