Mark has over 34 years of experience and enjoys helping individuals across all walks of life. He is particularly helpful to clients facing stressful transitions, like retirement, moving to a new city, job loss, or breakup. He is also particularly sensitive to the psychological impact The Covid-19 Pandemic has had on all of us. He helps individuals, families and couples dealing with grief and loss, depression, anxiety and social anxiety in this Post Covid World.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Mark’s approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the most evidence-based approach that focuses on helping clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. He works to help clients to reframe their cognitive distortions so effective stress management and problem-solving will result. His style of therapy is very much short term and solution focused.
