Great to meet you!

I help adults navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that are no longer working. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, recovery challenges, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

I take a direct, collaborative approach and tailor therapy to your goals and needs. Together, we work to understand repeating patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build practical tools for lasting change. My approach draws from CBT, Narrative Therapy, and insight-oriented work to help you better understand yourself and move forward in a meaningful way.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we focus on what is bringing you to therapy and what you hope will change. I ask questions to understand your history, current stressors, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while making sure you feel heard and comfortable. Most clients leave with more clarity, a better sense of direction, and an idea of how therapy can help.
