Great to meet you!

I believe in an holistic approach to therapy where multiple modalities can invite multiple perspectives, and perspective is key in gaining clarity. As an LMHC with over 15 years of experience in the field, I enjoy working with adults from many different walks of life, from coping with anxiety/depression to addictiveness and eating disorders. My goal is to help you improve the relationship with your experience, feel more empowered, and reduce distress and hopelessness. LGBTQ+ safe space.

My approach to therapy

This is a unique journey for everybody. I will compassionately listen for stories--ones that you prefer and/or that you find problematic--and remain curious about these narratives to help you gain self-awareness and to enhance decision-making confidence. When requested, I offer creative modalities and mindfulness practices to help you ground, express yourself, and thereby gain perspective on your life. I also offer coping skills to people who hear voices, see visions, etc.

What you can expect from me

I offer warmth, kindness, curiosity, honesty, nonjudgment, and humor. My hope is for clients to leave sessions with a better understanding of themselves and more confidence in their ability to ride the waves of life, whether it be in career, personal relationships, or relationship to yourself.
