Great to meet you!
You perform at a high level—but the pressure never lets up.
You’re ambitious, intelligent, and used to carrying weight—whether it’s leading a team, building a business, managing a household, or performing under pressure. From the outside, it looks like you have it all together. Internally, though, you’re tired. Maybe it’s burnout, anxiety, or the quiet fear that you’re starting to lose your edge. You don’t need someone to “fix” you. You need someone who gets it—and knows how to help you recalibrate while still moving forward.
I work with high performers—executives, athletes, entrepreneurs, and professionals—who live in high-stakes environments where there’s little room to slow down. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), currently completing my Executive MBA at Columbia Business School. I earned both my Master’s in Counseling Psychology and my Doctorate in Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University, where my research focused on the connection between strength training, reduced depression, and increased resilience—key insights I bring into both my mental performance work and clinical counseling today.
My approach blends clinical expertise with performance psychology, helping clients build systems that support confidence, emotional regulation, and long-term growth. I don’t just offer coping tools—I help you build the internal structure to handle pressure and thrive in it.
If you’re ready to feel more focused, resilient, and aligned with your next level—let’s connect.
