Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Vermont providing Telehealth services across both Vermont and New York. I’m intentional of being considerate of and sensitive to the stories, identities, and backgrounds of each client I connect with during therapy, and I hope to accompany you in taking this step towards finding your path ahead.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our work together, we will collaboratively explore and strive towards growing understanding, reconnection, and healing. You will find invitation for curiosity about your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, which will allow us to identify threads intertwining past and present experiences to help build greater insight and perspective. Together we will work to identify the tools that work for you in navigating life's current challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

In my role as a mental health provider, I endeavor to create a therapeutic space that is tailored to best meet the specific needs and goals of those I connect to and work with in therapy. Beginning this process can oftentimes feel quite vulnerable and we will work together to build an experience that is open, non-judgmental, and at a pace that feels right for you.
