Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at NYU and licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, and Israel. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, relationship challenges, and behavioral struggles.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel real and practical — not overly clinical. I help clients understand patterns, manage strong emotions, improve communication, and build tools they can actually use in everyday life.

I especially enjoy working with kids and teens who feel overwhelmed or misunderstood, as well as adults balancing stress, family life, and personal growth. I approach addiction and impulse-related challenges with accountability, compassion, and no judgment.

Outside of work, I value being active and outdoors — hiking, walking, and spending time with my family. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and genuinely understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and insight-driven. I help clients understand the patterns underneath their thoughts and behaviors while building concrete tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and make intentional changes.

I believe growth happens when we combine self-awareness with action. We’ll work at a steady pace—supportive, honest, and focused on progress that shows up in real life, not just in session.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about understanding your story and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through what feels most urgent, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will be different.

You can expect a calm, structured conversation—not pressure. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer direction and practical next steps so you leave knowing what we’re working toward.
