I am a board-certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist. I utilize a compassionate, collaborative, and recovery-oriented approach to support each of my patients in living meaningful and sustainably healthy lives. I offer psychotherapy and medication management approaches where appropriate. I work with adults of all ages and treat a wide variety of concerns including anxiety disorders, mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and interpersonal challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approaches incorporate elements of psychodynamic/exploratory psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-based approaches including cognitive-processing therapy, and interpersonal modalities.
