Mark Navarre-Jones

I'm a former hospital and hospice chaplain that now works full time as a therapist. I specialize in areas of spirituality and human sexuality and am affirming of LGBTQ+ and Poly communities.

I approach therapy from a variety of styles, including family systems, DBT, and ACT. I tend towards a focus on a person's values and who they wish to be in the world, trying to help them find a path congruent with those values.

Goals are often set by my clients depending on what their needs are in session. In sessions you can expected a relaxed, nonjudgemental space. I try to bring humor into sessions and like to teach and explain so my clients have the same tools and understanding I do.
