Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University. My education is in Family Systems, and I use an eclectic blend of trauma-informed therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Processing Therapy (ART), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), for emotional regulation, relationships, and attachment.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I like to meet the person where they are and support them in their journey where they would like to be. I specialize in but am not limited to generational and current family issues, couples therapy, interpersonal relationship issues, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be approached with unconditional positive regard and challenged to transition through the obstacles that are presented in the person's life with new skills and a new perspective.
