Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feeling stuck. Many of the people I work with know something in their lives needs to change but aren't sure how to make that change happen. My goal is to provide a supportive, practical space where we can better understand what's getting in the way and help you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients develop greater flexibility in how they respond to difficult thoughts and emotions. Together, we'll focus not only on understanding problems, but also on making meaningful changes that align with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin understanding both the problems you're facing and the changes you'd like to make. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, your history, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll start identifying goals for therapy and develop an initial sense of how we might work toward them.
