Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned clinical psychologist with expertise in work-related, and family-related, conflicts. I use psychodynamic and systems approaches in my work, which allows me to work well with individuals, couples, families, family businesses, and interpersonal conflict. I also use awareness and biofeedback techniques to help people with medical and anxiety issues. I have spent over 30 years teaching psychology and counseling students and coaching executives using a broad range of clinical tools.

My approach to therapy

I am a dynamic systems therapist which means I use insight oriented questions to enable people to get along better with the people in their family or work situations. I have been exploring the use of narrative therapy to help my clients make sense of their entire life history.

What you can expect from me

Intellectually engaging process that helps clients gain greater insight, learn new tools and techniques, and explore methods to make their lives and relationships stronger and more fulfilling. I focus on positives rather than just negatives, solutions instead of problems.
