Great to meet you!
Mark loves walking alongside people as they work through the challenge of living in a beautiful yet broken world. Mark is trained in the integration of Christian theology and psychology, exploring the timeless, gracious, compassionate wisdom of God with evidence-based counseling interventions such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, and Biofeedback. He values the holistic approach of pursuing holistic health in our mind, body and soul. Regardless of where you are in your journey, or what you’ve been through, there is hope for growth, healing and a recovery of who you were made to be.
Mark is married and has three son, and loves playing/watching/coaching sports, and outdoor adventures.
