My approach to therapy

Mark provides hopeful, compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed counseling for individuals and couples to address relationship issues, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma/PTSD, depression, and other mental health and relationship issues. Let's start working toward your goals together!

What you can expect from me

Our first session is 50-55 minutes, and will focus on getting to know you and your goals, assessing the nature and history behind the current issues you are facing, offering treatment options and recommendations.
