Great to meet you!

I work with adults and adolescents facing difficulties and/or wanting to better their lives from the inside out. I am assisting you to find the irrational thoughts that cause problematic moods.. Sessions are collaborative, interesting, challenging.... I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, grief and loss, stress management and work/career issues.

My approach to therapy

My overall approach is eclectic, relaxed, caring, intent, warmly challenging-sometimes humorous. When not working I am usually doing photography as I have for over 50 years. Feel free to look at my work on Instagram at markzilberman.

What you can expect from me

Outcomes generally are feeling hope, felling heard and practical advice (if appropriate) to deal with a current problem.
