I am Marketa Hudson and I hold over 9 years of experience as a licensed mental health professional and over 15 years working with children and adults to improve their quality of life as a social worker. My specific treatment areas are anxiety, stress management, life transitions, health/weight-related issues and coaching.

My therapy approach is whole-person centered and tailored to your individual need. The process starts with understanding your present circumstances and the challenges you face. In the first session, we will explore what brought you into therapy and collaborate to define the most appropriate ways to assist you with progress towards your goal. Thereafter, I will assist you coping strategies and effective tools; to be who you were created to be.
