Great to meet you!

I am an actively practicing Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I believe in patient-led care. I am here to listen and to answer any questions that you may have. Many providers prescribe medication without explaining the rationale or the "why" behind it. I want you to be completely comfortable with your treatment plan. This is a collaboration, and I am here to go at your pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with clients is holistic and individualized. I believe that each person brings their unique narrative, context & experiences to the table, which profoundly shape the nuances of their mental health.

My deep-rooted knowledge in psychopharmacology & psychotherapy enables me to understand the delicate interplay between the brain, mind & body.

What you can expect from me

I pride myself on being approachable & easy to talk to. I strive to create an environment where my clients feel heard, respected & comfortable sharing their innermost thoughts and feelings.

Whether I'm helping you navigate a difficult life transition or simply providing a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, my primary goal is to facilitate growth and healing.

Due to current tele-health limitations, I do not prescribe any controlled substances (i.e. stimulants, benzodiazepines).
