Great to meet you!

I offer support for all women, specializing in anxiety, depression, career, relationships, divorce/breakup, and new motherhood. I care deeply about giving my clients the tools and resources they need to find balance in their lives. I have over 10 years of experience and am committed to bettering mental health for all.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I want all of my clients to feel safe to express themselves without judgment in our sessions. Within the therapeutic approach, I also teach my clients coping skills, how to uphold boundaries, skills to reduce perfectionism, the process of grief, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

Many clients report feeling better even after just the consultation. In our first session, we will explore how you got to where you are, what is working for you and what is better left in the past. We will map out a strategy completely based on your life experience to give you the skills and resources to reach your goals.
