Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed professional counselor with a background supporting individuals across demographics with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, and psychosis. My clinical experience includes outpatient substance abuse, community mental health, and inpatient behavioral health. I also have an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and have experience understanding systemic barriers contributing to inequality and oppression that exacerbate client concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, relational, and trauma-informed. I use a client-centered, evidence-based approach to help individuals build coping skills, increase self-understanding, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change in a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, compassionate space where their concerns are welcomed rather than minimized or dismissed. Over time, clients often find a deeper sense of emotional clarity, self-compassion, and freedom to move through life while maintaining healthy mindsets and habits.
