Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist providing virtual therapy sessions in NY and FL. My goal in the therapy space is to make it feel manageable by walking alongside you through the process. I see therapy as a true collaboration—working together to define what healing and growth look like for you. No matter what you’re facing—anxiety, depression, stress, anger, grief, relationship struggles, ADHD, trauma, or questions around gender identity—you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we’ll work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you, with compassion, acceptance, humor (when appropriate), and understanding at the center of it all.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I create a space of unconditional acceptance, meeting you exactly where you are. From there, we’ll begin to explore how your beliefs, emotions, and behaviors shape your everyday life using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I’ll help you notice patterns, highlight areas where change is possible, and invite you to share what resonates.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in individual therapy for both adolescents and adults, as well as couples therapy. If you are ready to take the next step, please call our office at 646-450-3064 to schedule a virtual appointment or a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re the right fit.
