Great to meet you!

Starting or adjusting medication can feel like a big step, especially when you want to feel heard, not just diagnosed. I'm Markson, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I work with adults and teens to build a care plan that actually fits your life, not a one size fits all script. We will go at your pace, and I will explain every option along the way so you always know what we are working toward and why.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered around your individual needs. I take time to understand your concerns, experiences, and goals so we can develop a care plan together. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and actively involved in your treatment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you, discuss what brings you to care, and review your mental health history and current concerns. We’ll talk about your goals and determine the best path forward. Most importantly, you can expect a judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
