Great to meet you!

I'm a GenXer who works with individuals and couples navigating major life transitions such as grief, caregiver stress, workplace strain, career change, and the emotional weight that comes with them. I also work with clients talent development and executive coaching.

For people dealing with major mood disorders, panic and/or anxiety disorder, protracted grief, or personality disorders, your needs are important, but beyond what I can provide at this time and I'll do my best to refer you elsewhere.

My approach to therapy

I help clients manage stressful life situations and transitions such as grief, caregiving, parenting strain, workplace issues, and career changes. I provide practical tools and steady guidance to help you understand your reactions, regulate emotions, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is psychodynamic, insight oriented, with a dash of CBT.

What you can expect from me

I’m known by clients and colleagues for my warmth, humor, and dedication, but what truly defines my work is empathy. I don’t believe people struggle because they’re weak or broken; I believe they struggle because life can be demanding, confusing, and unfair—and no one is meant to navigate it alone.
