Great to meet you!

I have a doctorate in Counseling, Counselor Education, and Human Development, as well as a Master's in Community Mental Health Counseling and a Master's in School Counseling from the University of Rochester. I have been counseling for 20 years and incorporate a psychodynamic approach to therapy. I am an ethical therapist and approach therapy with care, expertise, and knowledge while building trusting relationships with clients.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor, I focus on the needs of my clients. I am a goal-oriented therapist who uses an integrative approach in helping individuals achieve their personal goals. My therapeutic method is based on the individual needs of the client. I encourage self-empowerment and skill-building, and work collaboratively with clients for a solution-focused approach to help achieve goals and resolve inner conflicts.
