Great to meet you!

Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to navigate life's difficulties alone. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe every individual has unique strengths and the ability to grow, even during difficult seasons of life. I work alongside my clients to help them better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges in ways that feel meaningful to them.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported from the very beginning. During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from our time together.

Together, we’ll begin identifying ways therapy can support your needs and develop a plan that feels right for you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I want you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
