Great to meet you!

Sometimes life simply becomes too heavy, and it is completely okay to need a safe space to rest and rebuild. Whether you are a parent watching your child struggle, a teenager navigating the intense pressures of growing up, or an adult facing a difficult life transition, anxiety, or past trauma—please know that you do not have to carry this weight alone.

I am an LCSW dedicated to helping individuals of all ages find their way back to peace and confidence. Having spent years working within public schools supporting special education students, I bring a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique challenges children, teens, and parents face when navigating academic, social, and behavioral hurdles.

My approach to therapy

My practice is 100% virtual, meaning you can access gentle, supportive care from the true comfort and safety of your own home. While my work is deeply grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I treat you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. Together, we will walk side-by-side to gently untangle negative thought loops, heal relationship fractures, and build a practical, real-world toolkit that brings lasting relief and hope to your daily life.

What you can expect from me

When I am not on screen, I find my own peace by practicing yoga, digging in my garden, going on quiet bike rides, or snuggling with my two beloved rescue cats. I bring that same grounded, warm, and heartfelt energy into every virtual session we share.

You and your family deserve to do more than just get by—you deserve to truly thrive. Please reach out today by phone or email to ask a question or schedule your initial intake session.
