Great to meet you!
When you’ve spent years taking care of others, managing responsibilities, or simply pushing through difficult seasons, it can be hard to know when it’s time to take care of yourself, too. I am a therapist with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Much of my career has been spent as a Military & Family Life Counselor (MFLC), working with military service members and their families, including communities overseas. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I support clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, work-related stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
