Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life's challenges. Much of my career has been spent as a Military & Family Life Counselor (MFLC), working with military service members and their families, including overseas communities. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I help clients navigate concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, work-related stress, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to help you help yourself. I am a great listener and believe that everyone has a unique life journey worth understanding. I take time to get to know your needs and how you process challenges. Some people want a space to talk things through, while others prefer more feedback and direction. I provide a supportive, accepting environment where you can gain insight, feel heard, and develop the tools needed to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for me to learn about you and what has brought you to therapy. I will listen to your story, learn about your concerns, and discuss what you hope to gain from counseling. Together, we will identify your needs, talk about possible goals, and begin exploring ways to help you feel more in control and supported. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, accepted, and comfortable with the process.
