Great to meet you!

Welcome! It takes courage to reach out for help and I appreciate you. Depression, anxiety, or substance use can make life feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I bring over 25 years of healthcare experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting adults and older adults through life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with seniors and bring the experience, patience, and understanding they value.

My approach to therapy

You deserve therapy that feels personal, respectful, and collaborative. I take time to understand your story, concerns, and goals rather than using a one size fits all approach. Together, we will explore patterns, build healthy coping skills, and address depression, anxiety, or substance use while creating realistic steps toward meaningful change and greater emotional well being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming opportunity to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to change. You can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. We will discuss your concerns, identify priorities, and begin creating a treatment plan with realistic goals that can help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
