Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Marlane.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals and families navigating stress, trauma, emotional challenges, and substance use concerns.

With over five years of experience supporting clients in crisis, I use a collaborative approach tailored to your unique needs. Through evidence-based approaches such as CBT and trauma-focused CBT, we will work together to build coping skills, improve emotional wellness, strengthen communication, and create meaningful change.

My goal is to help you feel empowered, resilient, and confident as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe every person’s experiences and challenges are unique, so I tailor treatment to meet each client where they are.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy, to help clients understand their thoughts, manage emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to connect, get to know each other, and begin creating a space where you feel safe and understood. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will listen to your story, learn about your strengths, and collaborate with you to identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic.

You can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where you can be yourself. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and confident that you do not have to navigate this journey alone.
