Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Marlee. I help people who feel stretched thin by anxiety, disordered eating, or family stress find steadier ground. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults across schools, residential treatment, and group practice, so I meet you with real experience and without judgment. In our work together I draw on CBT, DBT, strength-based and behavioral approaches, and motivational interviewing, tailored to what you need rather than a one-size-fits-all plan. If you’re ready for support that fits your life, I’d love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My intention as a therapist is to meet you wherever you are in life, help you identify and utilize your strengths and come alongside in helping you move towards what you are seeking.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll go at your pace: I’ll ask about what brought you in, and we’ll start building the rapport that good therapy is built on. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space, practical tools you can use with anxiety or disordered eating between sessions, and a say in how we shape your care. Most clients tell me they leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and clear on what comes next.
