Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I am passionate about creating a warm and supportive space where they feel safe to share their story. I bring an empowering and solution-oriented style to therapy, helping clients build confidence and discover their inner strengths. My background includes work with children, teens, and families in diverse settings. That experience has taught me how important it is to meet people where they are with cultural sensitivity, kindness, and guidance you can use day-to-day. Most importantly, I truly believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive. I see therapy as a journey we take together, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you reach for the goals and the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I believe in meeting clients where they are and integrating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and coping skills training into sessions. For children, teens, and families, I focus on emotional regulation, problem-solving, and improving communication. I also incorporate creative and engaging techniques such as grounding exercises, journaling, and even fun, age-appropriate activities to make therapy relatable and effective. Above all, I strive to empower clients by equipping them with tools that work in real-life situations.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and empowered with practical strategies they can use. We will work on building resilience, managing stress, and improving emotional well-being through steps tailored to your goals. My goal is for you to walk away not only with greater clarity and confidence but also with a sense of hope and readiness to take on life’s challenges.
