Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing challenges in relationships (such as with a partner, friends, family, coworkers, etc.); LGBTQIA+ clients; and clients who are moving through changes or transitions in their life. Whether you’re navigating emerging adulthood and "adulting" for the first time, redefining a relationship, coming out, exploring spirituality, grieving a loss, adjusting to an empty nest, or learning how to show up in life as your true authentic self--I am here to walk beside you on your journey!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, empowering, and trauma informed. During sessions, I am actively engaged and participate in conversations with you, offering feedback or guidance as appropriate. I offer a safe space for you to be curious, explore your thoughts and emotions openly, and even laugh a little along the way! I sometimes integrate "parts work" during sessions--for example, you may be guided to connect with and heal your relationship with an "inner child" part. For in person clients, I also offer Jungian-based Sand Play Therapy for deeper level healing and shifts.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will begin getting to know each other, while creating a safe space for trust and openness to begin developing will be a top priority for me. We will also identify and explore your hopes and goals for therapy. Throughout therapy, you can expect to gain plenty of “aha!” moments and a deepening sense of self-awareness. You’ll learn practical skills such as coping strategies, healthy boundaries, clear communication, and mindfulness. Your ability to feel present and connected with yourself and others is also likely to be strengthened throughout our work together.
