Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen and understood. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individual and families through seasons of trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges and big life transitions. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole self into the room. I draw from approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and CBT, but at the heart of my work is helping you reconnect with your inner strength, resilience, and hope for the future.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process. My approach blends evidenced-based practices with a compassionate, person-centered style. I often integrate EMDR Brainspotting, and IFS for trauma and emotional processing, as well as for understanding inner dynamics, and CBT, meditation, and mindfulness for practical tools and coping strategies. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build new ways of relating to yourself and others, and create space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-trusting, and empowered in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each , I'll invite you to share what's bringing you in, your goal for therapy, and any questions or concerns you may have. We will explore your history, current challenges, and the outcomes you're hoping for. My role is to listen without judgment, offer reflections, and begin shaping a treatment plan that feels tailored to your needs. Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, relieved, and with a clearer sense of direction.
