Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I genuinely believe in their inherent goodness and potential, and that everyone deserves to be met with respect, care, and dignity. In our work together, I’ll hold you with compassion while also focusing on tangible steps forward, helping you tap into your strengths, gain clarity, and create meaningful, sustainable change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, focused, and deeply collaborative. I offer talk therapy that is both compassionate and practical, aiming to help you feel relief and see real shifts in a relatively short time. Together, we’ll explore how your past and present experiences shape the way you navigate stress, relationships, and the demands of daily life—including the emotional and spiritual exhaustion that can come with it. I like to think of our work as “therapy with a touch of magic”: transforming crisis into an opportunity for growth, insight, and renewed possibility. We’ll gently untangle emotional pain, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and build tools that support more peaceful, fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself—so you can move from just getting by to truly thriving.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll move at your pace and start with a relaxed, down-to-earth conversation about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like your life to look like instead. Together, we’ll explore your needs, clarify your goals, and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and hopeful for you. This time is also about us getting to know each other and beginning to build a foundation of trust, respect, and safety so you can feel comfortable opening up. If this feels like the right next step for you, I’d be honored to get started—please choose a time from my calendar to schedule your first session.
