Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing warm, evidence-based therapy to adults and older I specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

I have extensive experience working with older adults, home-bound individuals, and clients navigating complex emotional needs.

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in New York and Florida.
  • Master’s degree in social work (Yeshiva University) and a bachelor’s in behavioral science (from Mercy College, New York)
  • 10 + years of experience as a therapist

My approach to therapy

I bring a holistic, supportive approach rooted in CBT, DBT, strength-based methods, and psychodynamic insight.

My style is collaborative, empathetic, and empowering focused on helping each person build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and move confidently toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll explore your history at a comfortable pace, clarify your goals, and identify what support you need moving forward.

I’ll also walk you through my therapeutic approach—so you’ll know exactly what to expect, how we’ll work together, and how treatment will be tailored to you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of the challenges we’ll address, the tools we may use, and the direction your treatment will take.

My goal in the first session is simple: to help you feel heard, supported, and confident that you’re in the right place.
