Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a warm and welcoming therapist with a doctorate in clinical social work. I use cognitive-behavioral techniques, along with acceptance and commitment therapy, to guide you along your chosen path. I work with people who are living complicated lives, along with past trauma, toxic relationships, occupational uncertainty, and a need to solve psychosocial problems. I hope you will give therapy a chance to work! See you soon!

My approach to therapy

I work with clients as if we are passengers on the train of life. In our discussions, we will examine patterns of behavior, as well as your values, morals, and beliefs, that affect your current situation.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will welcome you to join me in a therapeutic relationship that can lead us to positive changes, new perspectives, and opportunities to grow and develop. No matter what stage of life you're in, the details of your life matter to me! No judgment-we are all doing the best that we can. I hope to see you soon!
