I actively seek trainings to expand my knowledge and abilities to be an effective therapist. wholeheartedly believe in our ability to transform, heal and grow. As I have seen this take place first and foremost in my life and in the life of my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My passion is to work with high achieving professionals who are ready and motivated to transform their life's. Those who are ready to journey into the the difficult parts of their current reality to identify limiting beliefs that are holding them back from living the life they envisioned and desire.

What you can expect from our first session

My style is authentic, collaborative, kind and direct. My goal is to help you gain insight and awareness into your limiting beliefs and patterns.
