Living with health challenges or disabilities can affect far more than your physical well-being. Many of the people I work with are carrying stress that others do not always see—managing appointments, navigating changes in independence, adjusting expectations for themselves, or feeling emotionally exhausted from trying to keep life moving while dealing with things outside of their control. You may be experiencing anxiety about the future, feeling discouraged or disconnected, grieving changes in your body or lifestyle, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the ongoing demands of daily life.
