Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated psychologist with a passion for helping individuals utilizing trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices. I empower people to discover their core values and cultivate emotional resilience. I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness and community support; fostering a safe space for personal growth and connection.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative experience. I bring expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches including psychological assessment and treatment methods like ACT, DBT, and polyvagal theory among others. My clients are the experts on their lives and what type of support and values are important to her/him/them. Together we build a therapeutic treatment plan towards shared goals and vision to create a meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel seen, heard and supportive in a safe and engaging space. Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with actionable steps to move towards the live they envision for themselves. I enjoy providing resources for clients to use outside of session to move the needle towards values and commitments in their life.
