Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish), bicultural Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a wife and mom who understands the joys and challenges of relationships, parenting, and life's transitions. Having been married for nearly two decades, I value the work it takes to build and maintain strong, healthy connections. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and accepted, so I strive to create a supportive, culturally responsive space where you can be yourself. I work with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in trauma, relationship concerns, and family dynamics. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, I'm here to help you build stronger relationships—with yourself and the people who matter most.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in an attachment-based approach. I believe our relationships and life experiences shape the way we connect with ourselves and others, so I work with clients to better understand these patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen relationships and foster secure emotional connections. For individuals healing from trauma, I also integrate EMDR to help process difficult experiences in a safe and structured way. My goal is to meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any important experiences that have shaped your life or relationships. You don't have to have everything figured out or know where to start—I will help guide the conversation at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
