Great to meet you!

I have dedicated more than two decades of my life to helping people in the Mental Health and Supportive Helping field. During this time, I have worked with diverse populations and gained extensive experience in this field. My approach to clinical practice and life is characterized by compassion, non-judgment, and an emphasis on strengths.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, spiritual/ energy work, humor, and a common sense approach to help you discover growth in your trials and become your best self.

What you can expect from our first session

Through our work together you learn life skills, change undesired habits/behaviors, and identify alternative and healthier thinking patterns so that you can decrease your anxiety & depression while increasing your self-esteem and quality of life.
