Great to meet you!

Life can be full of surprises. Sometimes those surprises are wonderful, other times they can cause stress, anxiety and even depression. My goal is to walk with you through those transitions and help you develop the skills and tools to manage your feelings; to feel like you are in control of your emotions, rather than the other way around around. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I received my MSW from the University of Georgia. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I utilize narrative therapy techniques and ACT to help my clients feel heard and accepted. I am trained in EMDR and love utilizing this technique to help my clients process and address a number of issues.

What you can expect from me

My first and biggest goal is that my clients feel comfortable. I try to create a warm and accepting space so that my clients feel safe to talk about any issue.
