Great to meet you!

As a former educator, I’ve come to be proficient in communication, establishing rapport, interaction, and engagement. My work with multicultural, diverse populations, has bolstered my development of empathy and connectedness toward those I work with. I’ve also served as an academic counselor, education and life skills counselor, and logistics manager/transition coordinator. Within these roles, I learned how to help create lasting change in the lives of the individuals I served.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help women, young adults, and military families find healing and create lasting change in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions.

What you can expect from our first session
