I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy to adults across Missouri and Kansas. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), with additional experience supporting clients through grief and loss, life transitions, boundary-setting, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
My approach is direct, practical, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy should be both supportive and productive—helping you gain insight while also building tools you can use in your daily life. I value honesty in the therapy room and aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being real, even when things are difficult.

I’ll ask questions to gather a comprehensive history and better understand your experiences, current concerns, and what you’d like to be different in your life. Together, we’ll start identifying meaningful goals for our work and establish a therapy schedule that fits your needs and availability.
