Great to meet you!

At Dark Bloom Therapy LLC, diversity is welcome in all forms. With extensive experience treated chronic depression and anxiety disorders, I specialize in supporting adults in overcoming the lasting effects of childhood trauma. Early exposure to abuse or growing up in unstable, unsupportive environments can deeply influence how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. For many, this manifests in daily challenges such as chronic anxiety, depression, difficulty connecting with others, problems staying focused or present, codependency, self-criticism, low self esteem, harmful addictions, and a general persistent sense of unfulfillment.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH25063) with a passion for helping others heal, my experience spans diverse settings serving high-risk populations in crisis. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me exploring the arts, enjoying nature, or finding stillness in a busy world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am led by you. You can expect me to respect your boundaries, while also being direct in what I am seeing from my end be active barriers to the outcome you are desiring. Collaboration is key.

What you can expect from our first session

From sessions, you will have the time and space to process your experiences, build resilience, and move forward with a sense of power. You can expect skill building to include emotional regulation, communication, and learning to embrace your imperfections. The take away is reduced mental health symptoms, increased quality in relationships, and a sense of inner peace.
