Great to meet you!
I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. With over 30 years of lived experience in the mental health world and more than a decade of professional work with youth, I bring both clinical expertise and deep personal understanding to the work I do.
My path to social work was shaped by my own journey as a parent to an adult daughter with autism. That experience sparked a passion for advocacy and ultimately inspired me to return to school to earn my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families as they navigate parenting, life transitions, and complex emotional needs.
I use evidence-based practices alongside a compassionate, individualized approach to help clients strengthen resilience, improve daily functioning, and work toward meaningful goals. Whether I’m working with a child, teen, or adult, my priority is to create a safe, affirming space where each person feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
