Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping individuals of all ages to heal, grow and thrive. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, holistic and strength-based. As a board-certified Art Therapist, licensed creative arts therapist, and certified yoga teacher, I strive to provide a safe supportive space, where you can express yourself in a way that feels authentic to you. I have experience working with a range of ages from adolescents to adults in all stages of life coping with various challenges.

My approach to therapy

I utilize supportive, dynamic, humanistic, trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral modalities. My aim is to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. I have found that whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, loneliness or loss, relationship issues, eating/body image, or aging, the tools of art, yoga, meditation & mindfulness - combined with traditional talk therapy - can be powerful agents for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

There can be tremendous relief in releasing something that you've been holding onto through talking, the arts, or even deep breathing. And these tools of both mind & body can help you express emotions, discover new insights, find calm & balance within, and take the steps you need to take. Together, we can discover what works best for you to access what is seeking expression, and help you to work towards your goals in an intentional & embodied way. I look forward to joining you on this journey!
