Hi! I am excited to work with you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Atlanta, Texas with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from Texas A&M Texarkana in 2005. I enjoy working with people coping with Depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment to any situation that life throws at you.
Using a variety of trauma informed modalities like Cognitive Processing Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I support my clients in gaining insight and solutions for the challenges they face.
Coming to counseling can be a difficult first step. I want you to feel comfortable, supported in a nonjudgmental space. I attempt to be warm and supportive but won't hesitate to be real with you when needed. I tend to lean towards a holistic approach which focuses on mind body and spirit.
