Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Uniquely Designed Life LLC. I graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in professional counseling. A few of my areas of focus are grief, anxiety, workplace stress, etc....

I believe in the importance of a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I work with my clients to address their concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth."

A bit about my approach to therapy

My theoretical approach to therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also integrating other therapeutic theories and techniques. CBT serves as the core foundation of my practice, focusing on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I aim to empower clients with a diverse range of tools and strategies to navigate their difficulties, enhance self-awareness, foster resilience, and promote lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe my clients will leave each session with n a deeper understanding of themselves, effective coping strategies, the ability to build healthier relationships, and ultimately achieve their therapeutic goals." It is my desire to provide the highest level of care in a safe, judgment-free environment.
