Great to meet you!

Hi,

My name is Marphene and I am Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient centered mental health care in a safe and supportive environment. I believe in listening without judgement, understanding each person's unique experiences, and working collaboratively to build a treatment plan that meets your needs. My goal is to help you achieve improved mental wellness with respect, empathy and professionalism.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients by listening carefully to their concerns, valuing their perspective and partnering with them to set realistic goals. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where treatment planning is truly collaborative.

What you can expect from me

I create a calm and respectful space where we can talk openly. Early on, we work together to clarify what matters most to you, whether that's managing symptoms, improving daily functioning, or just feeling more grounded. we'll talk about what outcomes look realistic for you and how we'll measure progress in small, check in steps, so you know what's working. if something were not to work then we work together to make adjustments.
