Great to meet you!

I'm Marquette Leach, a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a board certification in psychiatric mental health nursing. I enjoy treating children from age 6, adolescents, as well as adults. I treat a range of psychiatric and mental health conditions such as ADHD and challenging behaviors, Trauma Related Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Mood Disorders, like depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care is grounded in the belief that mental health challenges not only impact individuals but also their families and communities. I believe everyone deserves a meaningful life, free from the weight of depression, anxiety, and the fears that limit personal growth. I listen attentively, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and work collaboratively with patients to develop a personalized, effective plan for healing and progress. Together, we aim to foster resilience, clarity, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect a thorough, compassionate approach focused on understanding their history and current symptoms. I will ask additional questions, conduct appropriate screenings, and use the best available evidence to match medications to their specific psychiatric needs, with the goal of seeing noticeable symptom improvement by our next meeting. While full resolution may take time, our aim is steady progress, and we will continually rework the treatment plan as needed. In addition to medication management, we will incorporate therapeutic techniques to support and enhance overall healing.
