Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their mental wellness. I provide compassionate, personalized care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, and life stress.

With a background in both healthcare and early childhood education, I understand the importance of supporting the whole person at every stage of life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I take time to understand each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals before developing an individualized treatment plan.

When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with other providers. I believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel respected, involved, and supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and judgment-free environment where we discuss concerns, history, symptoms, and goals for treatment. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand what has been going on and what support is needed.

Together, we will create a clear plan for next steps so you leave feeling informed, understood, and hopeful about your care.
